To achieve certification, organisms must be selected, caught or produced, handled, held, transported, and sold according to internationally-accepted standards that require proper treatment of coral reef ecosystems, care for fish populations, and accurate traceability records.
Aqua Hobbies is committed to working towards compliance with the Principles and Criteria that have been developed by the Marine Aquarium Council.
